Come and view the wonders of the world through the eyes of Maria Larson, who has the ability to make the common place stunning, the mundane magnificent and the overlooked conspicuous. Living on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, Maria has learned to focus her artistic talents, which she has been honing since her childhood. She focuses on the surroundings, sky, mountains, flora, fauna and especially the lake itself. She has been known to capture the occasional portrait of a person, a family or a beloved family pet.
Bringing fresh vitality to the scenery, wildlife, and beauty that surrounds us everyday.
From the love of the northwest lakes and wildlife found by their shores, came Maria’s idea to combine her artistic talents with cartographic prints.
Maria and her husband, Lars, reside in North Idaho overlooking beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. Her work can be viewed in person in Sandpoint at Northwest Handmade Furniture and the Angel Gallery in Coeur d’ Alene.
